Already 2001 Werner Krauter GmbH has introduced a quality management system for the areas of "electrical machines engineering and service for electrical machines and generators, technical advice and assembly for electricity producers" and uses this effectively since then, too. The proof of the validity is furnished in regularly recurring voluntary supervisions according to the worldwide recognized norm ISO 9000:2001.

Our management system is adapted to the further developments of the market continuously. In regular distances technically qualified staff examines and judges entrepreneurial network cores like products and services, customer orientation, brand leadership, purchase and sale, suppliers, staff, finances, work safety and environment.

The improvement measures derived from the investigations and evaluations increase finally the efficiency of all activities and business processes. This benefits again our largest property, the customer.
